- How do I create a wedding or baptism invitation?
- Create your event, choose a design and customize the text and images. Add the date, venue and useful guest information, then check the preview. After publishing, use your guest links to share it. If an important detail changes, update the invitation and let the affected guests know.
- How do guests RSVP? Do they need an account?
- Guests open their personalized link and answer the RSVP form without creating an organizer account. Their response is linked to the guest and you can track it in your event list. Configure the form before sharing and check the options relevant to your event, such as meal or companion information.
- Can I share the invitation through WhatsApp, email or SMS?
- You can copy the personalized link and share it manually through WhatsApp or another messaging app. Sending email or SMS from Veluna depends on your event plan's channels and limits. Check contact details before sending. Sharing a link through WhatsApp is not an automated messaging campaign.
- Can I create an invitation for free? What depends on the plan?
- You can start on the free plan and prepare your design in the editor. Publishing and delivery options are controlled by the event plan. Compare the features and limits on the pricing page before choosing. Creating and previewing an invitation does not mean that every delivery channel is included for free.
